- Manage and maintain quality control for every product within a specified department.
- Retrieve documentation and set up area for production.
- Maintain appearance of the room to ensure product safety.
- Manage and document all quality control in the oven room.
- Communicate results with management throughout shift.
- Input all the data in the Quality Data System.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed.
- BRC Compliance.
- Reporting accuracy.
- Customer requirements.
- Attendance requirements met.
- Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve.
- Knowledge of GMP's.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Good math and organizational skills.
- This position is an onsite position.
