SCOPE – FOOD INSPECTOR / SAMPLER / WEIGHER
  • Manage and maintain quality control for every product within a specified department.
  • Retrieve documentation and set up area for production.
  • Maintain appearance of the room to ensure product safety.
  • Manage and document all quality control in the oven room.
  • Communicate results with management throughout shift.
  • Input all the data in the Quality Data System.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
SUCCESS CRITERIA – FOOD INSPECTOR / SAMPLER / WEIGHER
  • Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed.
  • BRC Compliance.
  • Reporting accuracy.
  • Customer requirements.
  • Attendance requirements met.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS – FOOD INSPECTOR / SAMPLER / WEIGHER
  • Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of GMP's.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Good math and organizational skills.
  • This position is an onsite position.
