Wine Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

Daily order processing

packing and labeling shipments

Answering phones

Answering emails and addressing customer concerns

Monthly compliance reports

Keep accurate records of winery permits and licenses

Track orders to avoid returns

Address changes and redirect packages

Returns and process claims

Filing and updating customers information

Clean DMV record

Ship compliant knowledge a plus

Keep accurate and up to date inventory

Keep warehouse clean

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Loading vehicles, trucks, trailers, etc. by hand and with forklift if certified
• Stocking shelves with proper wines/goods.
• Building and assembling wine shipper boxes
• Stocking designated areas with shippers/packing supplies
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Job brief

We are looking for a careful fulfillment associate to move packages and material around our facilities. You may be operating a forklift or pallet jack with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job will involve packing boxes, filling shelf space, loading Fedex/GLS/UPS trucks, and much more.

You must be a responsible individual and able to work in a team setting or alone. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. Labor intense job. You must be able to bend, kneel, stand, sit, etc. for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Physical/cold work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in order fulfillment (wine industry preferred)
• must be able to read and write in English
• must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• must have a clean DMV record
• Attention to detail and familiarity with wines preferred.
• Self-motivative and team player
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
• High school diploma
• prompt attendance
• Basic knowledge of computers and electronics
• Microsoft Office knowledge (preferred)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All clients/customers and employees must wear masks while in the office/warehouse. We sanitize multiple times per day in the office and in the warehouse including all lifts and machinery. Employees temps are screened at door.

Experience:

• Order fulfillment: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location

• Ability to work in a loud environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
