We are looking for team members to join a family run business operating in Fort Myers for over 45 years. Our company is licensed all electrical and specializes in whole house backup power generators.

Our consultant serves the customers by providing pricing solutions to general electrical repair, generator install, gas installs services and sales with an emphasis on quality of work, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes. Always deliver exceptional customer service by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention creating a positive memory of their service experience.

The ideal candidate is someone that is looking to grow with our company and learn multiple aspects of our sales process and business needs.

Earning Potential:

$35,000.00 - $ 50,000.00 Per Year, plus bonus compensation plan of 1-2% of sale.

What Will I Do?

• Sale Generators and electrical services to customers who need or want our products.
• Maintaining a clean working area and vehicle.
• Increase customer loyalty by subscribing customers to Electrical Service Agreements.
• Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers.
• This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure accurate work along with providing the expected world class customer service Bo’s Electric and Gas is known for!

Have What it Takes?

• Ability to perform quality sales techniques in a customer’s home to fit their needs.
• Working knowledge of gas line systems/ Generators in a new and existing setting. (Something we will teach)
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting. (Something we will teach)
• Detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Ability to learn on the fly and in structured setting.
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment

**Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen **
