The Montana Scene is an established and growing outdoor-inspired apparel and gift company. We are hiring a full time graphic designer to help bring new, next-level designs to our customers throughout Montana and the rest of the US. The Montana Scene constantly produces fun, relevant, high quality designs/content to keep our look fresh and customers interested. Due to the highly collaborative nature of this position, it is offered as in-house only and not remote.

Designer would:

• Work with new product team to create original, unique designs for t-shirt graphics, apparel designs, new product mock-ups, packaging designs, etc.
• Generate and manipulate digital artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and output for various production methods.
• Participate in a collaborative environment and receive/implement constructive feedback.
• Use creative conceptual skills and time management to turn around design requests efficiently while keeping other deadlines in perspective and deliverable.
• Research and interpret trends in our industry to provide original artwork for new product launches.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Textile art, Fashion design, or equivalent work experience.
• Understand and implement all aspects of creative asset ownership related to apparel design and abide by legal requirements related to apparel/gift design respecting original art, patents, and copyrights.
• 2+ years experience using Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite applications.
• Provide portfolio examples of personally executed design work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to show up on time, ready to collaborate, for a full time schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
