Design:

• Individually design and produce brand assets based on creative brief
• Design brand assets that achieve business and brand objectives
• Contribute to ideations sessions bringing fresh thinking to the team
• Direct production of creative assets across print, fabrication, and video with methodical attention to detail and execution
• Understand brand and creative standards, adhering to quality assurance processes and protocols across
• Strive for delivering above expectations and wowing stakeholders
• Find inspiration and bring new ideas and trends to the team
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to understand objectives, align on creative assets/executions, set realistic project deadlines, and deliver against objectives
• Present project information, including ideas, creative vision, deadlines and budgets, to manager and Brand Director
• Maintain positive relationships across the organization
• All other duties as requested

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or a related field and 3-5 years of industry experience
• Hospitality or Agency experience highly desired

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Expertise in design principles with a specialty in graphic design, UX design, and/or video production for the benefit of a Sales or Marketing organization
• Design / Software Expertise: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Windows OS
• Brilliant storyteller through visual creations

• Logo, Print, Digital design and production expertise
• Signage design
• Knowledge of brand strategy
• Driven and a self-starter with a high-level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects as an individual contributor
• Understanding of Brand and Marketing KPIs
