Graphic Designer assists in the coordination and management of design projects while conserving NeilMed's corporate brand identity.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for:

· Lead the execution and delivery of promotional materials including; packaging, in-store displays, trade ads, shopper programs and other national/customer specific online and offline promotional programs (FSIs, direct mail, fax campaigns, email and website campaigns, refunds & rebates)

· Ensure accuracy and quality of content and print. Developing concept design under the creative direction of the CEO utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft office suite.

· Demonstrates an eagerness to meet timelines regardless of obstacles, in order to meet production objectives.

QUALIFICATION requirements (EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS, EDUCATION)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years managing graphic design projects, print production and meeting deadlines,10 years is preferred
• Experience in print packaging design, production, and display merchandising
• Knowledgeable in advertising including creative development
• Advanced knowledge of printing technologies for print and packaging
• Proven experience developing online marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail with ability to take direction and implement strategies
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following: Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, PDF creation, scanning, digital manipulation, and other standard graphic design methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, project management and communication skills
• Portfolio that reflects appropriate experience and skill level

• Ability to visually communicate business goals into marketing oriented creative design
• Strong oral communication skills / ability to communicate with upper management and marketing team
• Thoroughness, great attention to detail, flexible and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Portfolio of graphic design experience including consumer products
• Solid knowledge of four-color printing process, collecting and archiving files.
• Ability to work confidently with external agencies and vendors.
• Outstanding project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational and functional lines.
• Must be both an independent worker capable of taking ownership of projects and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and a team player willing to compromise and take direction.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
