Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing team and store management to translate graphic design, social media, sales & service offerings across marketing channels
  • Serve as a trusted partner between Marketing, Sales, Service, working closely with agencies and store leadership to translate business objectives to marketing strategies, implementations, customer engagement and growth
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels
  • Analyze, implement and execute marketing projects
  • Assist in monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating community, engagement and sales
  • Assist in event planning for events we plan to attend or host, and join the team at the events
  • Coordinate project delivery with internal team, partners and store teams
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure integration and compliance with manufacturers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a consistent brand identity across multiple channels

What You Offer:
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing, advertising, public relations, design, communications, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management/operations working closely with a design/marketing team
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial ‘can do' approach with an adaptable change-oriented mindset
  • Combination of marketing knowledge, technical expertise and overall project management skills
  • Extensive experience managing multiple complex projects and budgets all at once
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and cope with changes
  • Ability to work closely with agency partners to seamlessly deliver a unified message across all advertising mediums (digital and traditional)
  • Extensive knowledge of brand standards and best practices
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Provides objectives, evaluates performance, and gives interim and annual performance reviews of direct reports
  • Established standards and practices (request submissions, tracking, follow up, etc.) and ensuring team deliverables meeting high standards
  • Working knowledge of custom HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of SEO content creation and performance analysis
