Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).

They will process vendor payments, record bank transactions, verify invoices, reconcile all expenses, create customer invoices, and apply customer payments.

Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English; valid Texas drivers license. Knowledge of minor repair techniques.

Have experience applying software expertise to full project lifecycles, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

The agent will input special orders, answer service questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer account information.
