Hotel Administrative Assistant/ Guest Services wanted for small local hotel. Thursday- Monday 30 to 40 hrs a week. *Weekends -Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 6pm* Duties include: Answering Phones, booking guests, assisting guest with general needs, checking rooms prior to bookings for quality control and cleanliness, coordinate bookings and housekeeping needs, assisting in event planning and preparation, any other duties assigned by manager (Assist with light housekeeping as needed - on high volume weekends). Great work environment, friendly staff.
