Brighton House Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a Part Time Human Resource and Business Office Manager (24 hours/week)! Brighton House is a 78-bed, skilled nursing facility located in Brighton, MA and easily accessable from public transport! Requirements for Human Resource and Business Office Manager:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Human Resource, payroll processing and/or business office experience required
  • Excellent organization, customer service, and computer skills are required
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC is preferred
Job Duties for Human Resource and Business Office Manager:
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with employment procedures such as recruitment, employment verifications, background checks, reference checks and new employee on-boarding
  • Assist in conducting general orientations for new hires
  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory regulations concerning Human Resources related employment
  • Help to complete projects related to compliance, auditing records, and maintaining employee files
  • Overseeing resident PNA accounts/funds
  • Bank reconciliations, deposits, and check requests
  • Managing Reception staff and scheduling
  • Ordering office supplies for facility
  • Perform other duties as assigned
