Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or receive certification within the new employee introductory

Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. This position will manage two direct reports.

Valid professional clinical license required in the work State. Completing monthly quality related data entry, analysis and reporting.

Complies with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and school policy. Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

Develop and implement physical therapy plans of care ensuring quality and safe delivery of physical therapy home health care services.
