What You Would Be Responsible For:

• Process sales orders and bids generated through telephone sales transactions
• Grow and retain an established customer base
• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to the existing client base
• Identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and close the sale
• Pull customer orders from the warehouse
• Operate warehouse material-handling equipment
• Assist customers with picking up their orders at the profit center
• Type customer orders into the CRM system
• Investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Address pricing deductions and material returns in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support counter sales, outside sales activities and all profit center activities as part of the profit center team.
• Communicate to the profit center manager and credit manager any changes in customers’ business that may cause a credit risk

What Qualifications We Require:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales and/or contractor sales
• Possess a basic level of design experience
• Possess knowledge of plumbing supply products\
• Bachelor's degree
• Be physically able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, on occasion
• Be physically able to push and pull up to 125 pounds, on occasion
