New Richmond Insurance Agency is seeking a self-motivated and organized licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative for a full time position in our New Richmond office. We are a multi-line independent insurance agency, with locations in New Richmond, Menomonie, Medford, River Falls, and Chippewa Falls.
Key Responsibilities for our New Richmond Office include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for coverage analysis, renewal review and re-marketing.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email.
• Provide prompt and kind service and coverage solutions to all clients.
• Follows agency procedures and processes.
• Keeps abreast of carriers product knowledge and industry changes.
• Utilizes agency management system.

Required Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in personal and commercial insurance preferred.
• Support agency vision for growth and service for existing clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task through: billing, endorsements, quotes, renewals, and other policy related items.
• Professional communication in both written and verbal.
• Must be accurate and detailed.
• Ability to keep current of emerging technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
