Coast Land Law, LLC. Starting at $20.00/hour ($41,600.00/year) Full-Time Position, 1 Position

Qualifications include:

• 2 years full-time experience in a professional office, and 2 years full-time experience with retail or customer-facing sales
• Associate’s degree, or 2 years college-level coursework
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• US work authorization
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance, and reliable transportation

Director of first impressions: As a growing law firm, we are looking for a positive, energetic person to join our team! We are hiring a full-time Director of First Impressions, whose intake specialist role includes:

• Having an engaged sales conversation with potential clients;
• Identifying, understanding, and navigating objections from potential clients;
• Screening cases for potential conflicts and fit for the firm;
• Following up with potential clients who did not hire the firm;
• Finalizing steps for potential clients who want to hire the firm;
• Other duties as assigned.

Your receptionist duties include:

• Serving as a point of contact for existing clients and other callers;
• Acting as a skillful gatekeeper;
• Managing our calendar and scheduling appointments/meetings;
• Greeting clients and other visitors, and making them comfortable;
• Interacting gracefully and assertively with a wide variety of people;
• Other duties as assigned.
