About The Internship:

Unite Us is looking for a Summer 2023 Data Analytics Intern to join our growing tech startup that is transforming health and social services.

As our Data Analytics intern you will have the opportunity to support the Data Analytics team to empower internal teams as they assess the impact Unite Us has at the community level while addressing the social determinants of health. You will leverage your quantitative skills and your ability to communicate across departments to fine tune specific metrics on the reporting you create.

Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 5, 2023 - July 28, 2023.

What You'll Do:

• Support your internship manager to build a data source using SQL on Unite Us social care data for a Tableau dashboard that you will also build
• Build, test, review and deploy a Tableau dashboard to be utilized by the internal Operations, Customer Success and/or Account Management teams
• Help internal stakeholders make informed data-driven decisions for business problems related to client implementation and account management strategies

You're a great fit for this Internship if:

• You are either a rising undergraduate senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Physics, Computer Science or related field)
• You have experience working with SQL - having experience working on a BI tool like Tableau is a plus but not required
• You enjoy project management and pay keen attention to detail
• You can confidently and clearly communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• You have at least 1 year of general work experience

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• This internship is $22.50/hour for 35 hours per week
