High-level roles and responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot client networks.
• Uses remote monitoring tools to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve desktop and application problems.
• Monitor, and recommend or report any network/systems performance issues, bottlenecks, potential security weakness, or ongoing network or systems concerns.
• Create and/or maintain documentation of networks and systems.
• Follow project methodologies to complete assigned tasks.
• Configure new equipment and connections.
• Manage customer ticket queues by documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems while ensuring all assigned tickets are responded to in a timely manner

Applicant Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in troubleshooting of Desktops, Servers, or Virtualization in a networked environment
• MCSA, CCNA, A+, VCA, or higher certifications a plus
• Demonstrated MCSA, CCNA or VCTA level technology and support experience
• Demonstrated understanding of basic networking technologies and protocols
• Experience with MS365/Office365; Azure AzureAD and Intune a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2016, 2019; 2022 a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with Google Workspace a plus
• Experience implementing and maintaining networked devices in a mixed vendor environment
• Interact with clients using clear, concise and professional communication via modalities such as ticketing, text, phone, and in-person conversation
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others
• Effectively demonstrate a sense of urgency while acting in a professional, calm manner and manage appropriate and realistic expectations to ensure overall client satisfaction
• Leverage critical thinking skills to evaluate available solutions and use appropriate judgment to apply effective resolutions
• Strong ability and focus on systems troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to assess a situation and determine, in a timely manner, when to escalate to a Supervisor

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Work involves sitting, standing, occasional walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requires driving 1-2hrs for specific customers
Requires close visual acuity
Remote work from home office permitted when appropriate

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
