POSITION SUMMARY:

This person will lead day-to-day Information Technology administration and support for all aspects of our Information Technology function. This employee will possess strong technical knowledge needed to assess technical problems and come up with effective and efficient solutions. He or she will have an ownership mentality and be proactive with coming up with solutions and processes. This person will also be responsive, and service minded as he or she will be working with several team members within the company. This candidate will be focused on responding and adapting to business needs, developing technical and leadership abilities, and delivering value consistently.

Duties & Responsibility:

· Software & Hardware Management (Office 365 preferred)

· Provide recommendations for infrastructure needs.

· Experience managing and supporting cloud environments (Azure, AWS)

· Manage the processes for purchasing setup, servicing, and inventory of all hardware and software.

· LAN and WAN networking.

· Mentor or cross-train Tier I and II technicians as well as other team members.

· Respond to and solve escalated IT help desk requests as needed.

· Provide accessible training resources and solutions to employees.

· Define and document best practices and support procedures.

· Experience with RMM, Backup and DR solutions such as DRAAS

· Office 365 tenant management including Email, Endpoint Manager and Defender.

· Implement and manage device compliance and DLP/WIP.

· VOIP, Security (including PCI DSS) and Networking.

· Investigate, evaluate, and collaborate with the IT Director on how to best solve IT needs.

· Refine and maintain IT systems and policies.

· Carry out special tasks at Managements direction.

· Azure AD, Active Directory, AD DS/hybrid experience highly preferred.

· Experience with hypervisors, clusters and VM’s including VMware and Hyper V.

· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates degree in a technology related field or relevant work experience. (Bachelors preferred)

· Minimum 6 years in IT with experience as an IT lead at small to midsize company

· Microsoft Certification (MCSA/MCSE), Office 365 Azure or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.

· AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification desired

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Experience researching and implementing new technologies and best practices.

· Organized and able to manage multiple projects or varying length.

· Managing and or supporting deployments/rollouts

· LAN/WAN Routing and switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

· Proficient in Windows, Windows Server, IOS, Android and MacOS operating systems and troubleshooting

· Resourceful, proactive, and an excellent problem solver/troubleshooter.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel will be required for Professional Development, conferences, trainings, and meetings as a representative of IMDG.
• Travel to/from IMDG locations required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift-up to 45 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
