Job Description :
- Inspect, supervise, and control construction daily for overall site safety, permit compliance, and coordination with applicable agencies;
- Inspect and coordinate installation work to ensure contractor adherence to technical requirements and overall project goals;
- Conduct on site measurements, quantity tracking, and design work prior to and during construction installation activities;
- Maintain required tracking records and installation reports;
- Attend applicable job-site meetings as required to discuss progress;
- Follow project safety protocol;
- All related duties as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or similar;
- 3 years of landscape architecture and/or civil construction experience;
- Basic understanding and ability to interpret written specifications, plans, and construction documents for work orders and build documents;
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and inspectors regarding specifications and qualification test results;
- Strong attention to detail and specifications;
- Reliable transportation required.
- Assume a stationary position,
- Handle, inspect, and/or feel documents, materials and/or equipment relevant to the job;
- Communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients using Company email and telephone systems;
- Move around on the job-site, including ascending or descending on the landscape or on a ladder, and positioning oneself appropriately to access necessary testing materials and equipment, usually for prolonged periods of time,
- Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.,
- Good visual skills, including focused depth perception, and
- Regular daily operations of a motor-vehicle, which may require remaining stationary for extended periods of time.
