We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:

• Supervise the total nursing activities on the unit during your tour of duty.
• Supervise and evaluate all direct Resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Conduct Resident rounds, take corrective action and report to Nursing Supervisor or Director of Nursing.
• Administer and document medication and treatments per physician’s order and accurately record all care provided.
• Assist in developing an accurate comprehensive care plan based on each Resident’s comprehensive assessment.
• Report changes in Resident’s condition to physician, Director of Nursing and others and take follow-up action.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, and calm environment.
• Assist in the training of department personnel and make recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in discharge planning, development & implementation of resident care plans, assessments.
• Meet with residents or family members as necessary. Report problem areas to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in evaluating and assessing medical, social, psychological, and spiritual care plans.
• Evaluate and develop restorative nursing plans of care for residents to maintain highest level of function.
• Review complaints and grievances and make necessary oral/written reports to the Director of Nursing.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Long-Term Care.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
