Job Summary

This role is a hybrid position focused both on Facilities contract management and vendor relations as well as analysis of facilities costs using our facilities software management system IBM IMS. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing expense categories for the Facility Management umbrella. This involves selecting, working with and negotiating contracts with outside venders, leading the Facility Management Analytics Team and overseeing the Asset Management System.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Facilities Analytics, with previous experience using IBM IMS (Information Management System)
• Experience Desired: 2 to 4 years experience managing service providers or equipment vendors.
• Experience Required: 1-2 years previous people management experience, leading a team of facilities analysts
• Education Desired: Bachelors Degree if Business, Facilities Management or related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of expense categories and cap-x budgets that fall under the Facility Management umbrella.
• Support the MEPR relationship through the management of quotes, invoice approvals, work order management, and Vendor, Store and equipment opportunities.
• Manage the Facility Mgt. Analytics Team. Oversee the Development and delivery of various analyses and reporting to support Vendor management, total cost of ownership of our assets and Operational opportunities. Must have the ability to analyze data to support the Team and provide effective direction.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the Asset Management system. Oversight of the System to ensure proper day-to-day operation, data accuracy, training, utilization of system capabilities and new features are tested prior to implementation
• Manage and oversee the Asset Tagging Coordinator to ensure the fixed asset management system is up to date with respect to asset data accuracy.
• Work with the Facility Management Team to support the relationship with all vendors through day-to-day requests.
• Assist in the development of planned equipment replacement schedules, by utilizing data derived from the Asset Management system, and advanced knowledge of equipment lifecycles
• Assist in the development of store operational budgets and provide periodic financial variance reports. Facilities Management accounts include M&R, CAM, Sanitation.
