Position Summary Statement

The Coordinator, Social Media and Digital Marketplace will work closely with the Corporate Communications Social Media Team to drive digital revenue growth and oversee day-to-day engagement on the Nuvi Global social channels. This role will be responsible for coordinating the publishing of content across various social media platforms, maintaining the channels, listening to and monitoring the community, moderating discussions, responding to issues, analyzing content performance, and developing social media content and campaigns. The Coordinator will also conduct community conversation audits to identify trends and influencers.
In addition, the Digital Marketplace Coordinator will oversee advertising strategy and spend, inventory forecasting, asset management and optimization, competitive analysis, vendor/agency management, analytics-based insights, leadership reporting, pricing (MAP), and cost/benefit analysis for relevant opportunities on Amazon, Thrive Market, and other marketplaces to meet the overall business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Create high quality social media content (video and photography) that aligns with the brand vision and social media strategy as needed.
· Create great videos.
· Produce original ideas.
· Social media lives
· Testing posts on various devices (ipad, iphone, & desktop)
· Ensure all social media content is consistent with branding, positioning, voice, and messaging
· Ability to create appropriate hashtags and captions.
· Maintain and manage multiple social media platforms.
· Researching competitors to gather ideas
· Be an expert, staying up to date on social trends and providing recommendations on social executions for marketing campaigns
· Increase engagement, follower, and sign-ups across all channels
· Engage existing following with new content
· Build and expand existing following
· Pitch new content ideas and partnerships
· Able to post and monitor our market places
Education, Skills & Experience:
· Marketing communications specialists should have at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
· Experience using the following: Marketing software (Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Hubspot).
· charismatic
· 1-2 years professional experience in marketing and social media marketing campaigns with experience in various social media platforms.
· Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
· Previous experience with posting on social media platforms for other companies
· Previous experience with market places platforms like amazon, Walmart etc.
· Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
· Previous experience managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc….)
· Thorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
· Working knowledge of social media platforms for various devices (Tablet, Phone, Desktop etc…)
· Knowledge of video/photography with phones how to adjust photos with filters.
· Demonstrated success of Social/Content campaigns and programs that have helped drive rapid growth, user acquisition, affinity, and relevance for consumer brands
· A mastery of storytelling and community building via written and visual communication
· Experience using the following: Marketing software (Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Hubspot)
· Email marketing software (Mailchimp, Campaigner, Campaign Monitor)/ Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
· PowerPoint, Outlook)/Data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau).
· Two years of customer service experience.
· One-year experience in content writing for a business.
· Experience in branding and product packaging or willing to learn
· Have basic knowledge of SEO and Keywords.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· Must be dependable and a team player.
· Experience in project management.
· Must be coachable and willing to learn.
· Bilingual –Fluent English and Spanish. Ability to translate content in Spanish.
· Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
· Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
