InTouch Labels & Packaging is a leader in the craft beer and spirits industry for custom label printing. We offer a wide range of printed label products for breweries and distilleries, including labels for cans, bottles, keg wraps, and custom printed keg collars. We are growing our team and looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization in order to attract new customers and retain current customers. In addition to the current markets we serve, we are also pursuing growth in new markets, such as cannabis and other CBD products.

We operate within the Avery® North America division of CCL Industries (www.cclind.com), a world leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, small businesses and consumers. Our main production facility and offices are located outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

Core Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of marketing and advertising best practices, as well as strong writing and analytical skills. A passion for the craft beer and spirits market is key, as we provide printing services for those markets, so developing campaigns for their specific needs is important. Beyond our core market, you will need to also research and optimize strategies to grow new markets. An outstanding performer will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Specific Duties Include:

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns and initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Work closely with our web developers to enhance our web presence
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through online and offline marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Align with the sales team to curate in-person events and tradeshow opportunities
• Look for new product or market opportunities
• Collect and analyze market research and customer feedback data for opportunities
• Identify potential markets and test them extensively

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
• Experience in website design and content development and web analytic tools
• Stellar written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of current and relevant markets
• Proficient in analytics and market testing
• Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
• Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
• Familiar and comfortable with latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, graphic design, and web design
• Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and campaigns
• Ability to travel as necessary
