The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of all email, social media and digital marketing projects and programs that are critical to driving traffic to and generating qualified leads. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help in our overall marketing efforts. You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics such as SEO, CRM, Pay Per Click Ads (Adwords), website development, etc. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

The position is hybrid, however you should be flexible to meet in person at the office for training, orientation and staff meetings.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Develop campaign strategy across a variety of channels, including email, website
• Create and execute dynamic, disruptive and data-driven email marketing campaigns, including drip marketing campaigns, engagement campaigns, client retention/reactivation campaigns, and lifecycle emails
• Track and analyze results for digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, content marketing and other projects as assigned
• Ensure accuracy of campaign audience targeting, which includes segmentation, cadence, sequencing, and dynamic content targeting
• Ensure design and layouts of content is optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Remain current in digital marketing, social marketing, ecommerce, SEO, email marketing, and web usability trends and best practices, as well as potential new channels/platforms
• Work within our marketing automation platform with an understanding of use cases, seeking to optimize processes and increase utilization of functionality
• Education in marketing, communication, or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of the Google suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Adwords, Google Analytics, knowledge of best practices in SEO, knowledge basic principles of marketing automation and inbound marketing platforms (essential)
• Mastery of SEO tools
