Mechanical Designer / Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer / Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL 33122.

HCS Engineers, LLC is a consulting engineering firm that provides professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology building systems engineering services for all building types including commercial, healthcare, hospital, education, laboratory, and pharmaceutical buildings.

About the Role:

The Mechanical Designer / Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and construction document production of mechanical building systems in Revit. Responsibilities will also include development of heating and cooling load calculations, energy calculations, ductwork and piping layouts, and air/water flow diagrams as well as coordination with other building design trades.

Candidate Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• 1 or more years of relevant HVAC design experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
