Allergy & Asthma Associates of Maine is looking for a Fulltime Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Portland location. Our expanding practice is looking for a compassionate, dependable, professional, flexible MA to assist us in providing the best possible patient care. Successful candidate should be focused and detail oriented. Pediatric experience is a plus. We have offices in Portland, Lewiston and Biddeford. POSITION SUMMARY :

• Delivers efficient and effective nursing care
• Manage patient flow and physician time management
• Assisting the provider and carrying out their instructions
• Communicating with patients to assure the efficient flow of information regarding their care
• Knowledge of medications
• Comfortable treating all ages, including pediatrics
• Phone triage
• Allergy Immunology
• Take and record vitals
