JOB SUMMARY

The Product Manager, Medical Billing is focused on driving strategy and execution for the TDS Medical Billing solution. They will work closely with the Development and Operations teams to ensure teams are delivering solutions and partnerships that help our clients and our business. With a focus on both strategic direction and tactical execution, the Medical Billing Product Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our existing clients and aligns with our future strategic direction to innovate and bring new solutions to market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, maintain and drive completion of Medical Billing roadmap across TDS. This includes billing for clinical services, vaccinations and other product billing
• Work closely with commercial teams to understand the industry trends and pharmacist needs and translate into billing solutions
  • Partake in client and partner conversations as needed, in order to explain our solutions and capabilities
  • Curate roadmap items based on partner feedbacK
• Partner with engineering leadership to create scalable, unique, successful solutions

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• Directs day to day strategy and operations of the Medical Billing solution
• Defines the product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap
• Serves as an expert and acts as the leader within the company for their products
• Actively creates channels to seek input from client advisory boards and high value clients
• Performs ad-hoc data analysis/profiling
• Proposes data quality report enhancements
• Understands the competitive landscape within the Medical Billing market
• Gains feedback from pilot and beta programs with early-stage products and releases
• Leads the solution commercialization and readiness assessment
• Provides strategic guidance for existing and new partnerships
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager
• Minimum years of work experience in Medical Billing industry: 4 years
• Expertise in Medical Billing systems and a proven track record of delivering results with a client-centric mindset, analytical prowess, innovative attitude, and a collaborative spirit
