Experienced Part-Time Medical Clinic Receptionist candidates needed for a busy specialty practice. Position requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Minimum three years’ front desk clinic receptionist experience required, preferably in a clinic setting [check-in; check-out; scheduling]; four years’ receptionist experience preferred. Duties include patient check-in, check-out, processing incoming patient referral faxes, taking co-pays, scheduling office visits, scanning into EMR. Knowledge of eClinical Works [EMR] preferred but not required. Knowledge of cardiology terminology helpful. EOE M/F/D/V
