McGrath Hawkeye Harley is looking for a Motorcycle Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. We work with one of the top name brands in the world, Harley-Davidson, so it shouldn't be a surprise that we are here to have fun and help people join in on the excitement that we have for the product.

Responsibilities:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Motorcycle knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of sales and/or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to greet people and develop relationships.
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
• A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
