We are looking for people who are passionate about food, wine, spirits and customer service; problem-solvers with strong work ethic and leadership skills. Multi Unit Operations Manager is responsible for:

· Bringing a Positive energy at all times to all units you visit. Leading by example

· Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of guidelines and internal policies

· Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify improvements with the Director of Operations

· Collaborate with corporate members and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations

· Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice & coaching and development

· Prepare feedback for senior management on observations and areas of improvement. Outline suggestions to coach & develop and improve areas of concern

· Adheres to the Core Identity & Culture, creating a positive workplace environment

Corporate in the Field Support

· Works as an operational manager when support or vacations are needed at a location.

· Works with the Director of Operations to uphold and maintain policies and procedures

· Works with management team to uphold standards at each restaurant

· Coaches & Develops managers when on site

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous Experience: 3 years of Management Experience in a high-volume, casual fine dining/fine dining operation

• Must have reliable transportation

• Able to use touch-sensitive POS System
• Able to lift minimum of 10 lbs.
• Able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time
• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
