50-100% FTE, Days and hours are to be determined based on coverage needed within our urgent care clinics. Various shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends/holidays. Hours are flexible and will be discussed further during the interview process.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:

• Function as an independent health care provider working collaboratively with a variety of other providers, including family practitioners, internists, pediatricians, and other NP/PA’s.
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in an urgent care setting.
• Provide medical care for acute or chronic illnesses or injuries.
• Monitor lab and imaging results and provide follow-up inquires by telephone regarding test results.
• Provide electronic medical care utilizing eVisit and Telehealth platforms.

Education :
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Work Experience :

Preferred – Two (2) years urgent care experience.

Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:

• Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
• Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family.

If Physician Assistant*:

• Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
• Active PA board certification

All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
