Job Description :
- Completed accredited education program with field work education requirements.
- Certification by the Occupational Therapy Certification Board (OTCB).
- Successfully completed a pediatric affiliation and have two years of prior work experience.
- Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodations.
- Provide direct and indirect service for students which includes screening and evaluating students, evaluation program planning, program implementation and re-evaluation.
- Provide consultation to teachers, parents and other staff.
- Maintain documentation that is professional, efficient and accountable.
- Provide input and attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
- Develop IEPs and IFSPs.
- Supervise COTAs.
- Maintain, re-order and account for therapy inventory and equipment.
- Demonstrate courteous and professional treatment of all students, parents, and employees of Washington County Public Schools.
