A growing Rehab organization in the industry, Rehab Advisors a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to in-house Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country. Our dedicated therapists combine their expertise and extensive knowledge to improve our patient’s care.

To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, Rehab Advisors is actively seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in-house team. Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, compassion, and provide quality care to the patients whom we treat. Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
• Complete all documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
