We are searching for a skilled applicant to join our team at West Services, Inc to perform a variety of day-to-day activities. This will include office and clerical tasks, data entry, warehouse management, and delivering products several times per week. You will be an integral part in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, being organized and self-motivated is essential. You will need to be comfortable interacting with potential applicants, customers, and vendors. As this job requires frequent deliveries, a valid driver's license is required. Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors when they come into the office.
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
• Monitor warehouse inventory.
• Deliver products to multiple customers per week.
• Support office staff with various administrative tasks.

The job is Monday-Friday from 8-4, with paid holidays. Exceptional attendance is vital. Health insurance is offered after 60 days of employment and vacation time is offered after one year.
