Operations & Housekeeping Director

Maui is the number one market for Vacation Rentals. When you join the My Perfect Stays team, you will represent one of the fastest growing companies in the Vacation Rental Business. We are seeking a professional candidate to join our Operations/Housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience with exceptional computer skills, clear communication, time management, and coaching skills. To be successful in this role, you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. We implement a carefully outlined SOP that will be provided along with thorough training with one of our team leaders to ensure you become a confident, productive team member in your new role with My Perfect Stays.

Overview:

• Oversee housekeeping and operations teams to ensure projects are being completed within the appropriate timeline.
• Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
• Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with our vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
• Coaching and training by encouraging, mentoring, disciplining, and evaluating employees' work performance.
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
• Efficiently utilize our system programs to run reports and assign daily tasks.

Required Skills:

• Computer savvy with an aptitude for learning new applications
• Experience working with in Google Docs/Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean HI Driver's Abstract and own a reliable vehicle
• High School Diploma or higher

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
