The Sales/Marketing Assistant will be busy each day engaging with leads and prospects on social media, emails and phone calls while tracking each customer touch

Park in available guest parking spots, arrive through the main entrance, and front desk/security will direct you. This includes supervision of technical staff.

Must be an independent driver responsible and accountable for their own work and schedule. Assisting in driving our social media content and presence.

This would include but not be limited to: resolution of conflicts in a positive manner; courteous treatment of staff, guests, vendors, and visitors;

Day to day duties include but are not limited to - scheduling patients, collecting payments, answering phones, and insurance verification.
