Outdoor Living Division Manager

Budget Pools in Peabody MA is looking for a seasoned big ticket sales personnel for thier new showroom The Patio Zone!

This new division will occupy an adjacent showroom to our main pool and spa supply showroom and offer products such as; high end outdoor kitchen appliances, gas grills, charcoal and pellet smokers, patio furniture and more.

We are seeking a strong sales driven outgoing personalities to head up this new division. A background in big ticket consumer retail sales, and retail sales management strongly encouraged. No experience in grill our patio furniture sales is required but would be a big plus.

Some of the product lines we are carrying include; Big Green Egg, Green Mountain Pellet grills, Fire Magic outdoor kitchen appliances, Seaside casual furniture, and more!

Budget Pools has been a staple on the north shore since 1965, our high traffic location brings thousands of customers each year for swimming pool and hot tub related purchases. There is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow this new venture.

You will be responsible for growing not only sales but a small team of sales-people to round out a 7 day retail schedule. Prior team leadership and management is required.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop overall store layout and merchandising plans
• Create in store and online promotions to drive sales
• Make in store sales of high end big ticket items
• Client order fulfillment for delivery or pickup
• Place orders with vendors for client sales and in stock inventory
• Manage staffing so showroom can operate 7 days a week
• Complete all vendor training on products we carry
• Become a product expert in all our grill and outdoor furniture lines

Compensation: This is a salary plus commission with additional goal bonuses. We offer health, dental, 401K with match, and PTO after waiting period.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
