The Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit ABA organization committed to advancing the lives of NJ children diagnosed with autism. We believe that happy, supported and appreciated employees are key to the success of our children - as well as our organization.

You will have case managers, assistant case managers, clinical directors and BCBAs assisting you in your case along with an administrative team. Your BCBA will be by your side a minimum of 20% of the time providing oversight, collaboration, and mentoring. We provide orientation training and have thousands of courses readily available to you in our new learning management system for continuous professional development.

Job Description:

• Implement treatment plans and programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect & record data during each 1:1 teaching session
• Attend training and observation sessions with the BCBA
• Must act as effective liaison between the BCBA and the family

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• A desire and passion to help children with autism achieve their true potential
• A drive to work with exciting and dynamic people and team minded organization
• At least 6 months experience in ABA, more experience is a plus!
