Unipres has multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the world with several plants in the United States. We stamp, assemble and supply structural component parts to some of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. We are proud of the work we do and want YOU on our team!

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate has a 2 year degree or minimum of 4 yrs experience in high volume AP position, preferably automotive manufacturing, review and process invoices for payment. Process checks, meet strict monthly deadlines. Responsible for month-end accruals, journal entries, account analysis. Must be able to work with minimal instruction or supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understands basic knowledge of journal entries and monthly accruals.

2. High volume electronic A/P processing.

3. Advanced knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).

4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

5. Knowledge of State Sales Tax Guidelines.

6. Account Reconciliations.

7. Ability to work independently in an open office environment.

8. Excellent organization skills

9. Provide accurate information to department, employees, visitors and outside callers.

10. Be proficient in operating procedures.

11. Confidentiality regarding work information is critical.

12. Compiles data from varied sources and makes summary reports as required. May involve routine mathematical calculations and tabulations in accordance with established methods.

13. Maintains files; searches files and records for readily identifiable information, as directed.

14. Review invoices and process for payment.

15. Process, print and mail checks as scheduled.

Pay: $30,065.00 - $45,098.00 per year
