POSITION PURPOSE

Position provides technical and parts support through phone/email to customers and field service technicians across USA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Answer phone calls and emails from customers, regional sales managers, and service engineers.

2. Create and process spare parts orders.

3. Arrange and track shipment of spare parts orders. Provide delivery information to customers.

4. Prepare formal quotations as requested via email/phone.

5. Issue Return Authorizations for and processing of returned parts as required.

6. Timely (digital) filing of all support documentation for quotes and sales orders.

7. Research and respond to customer’s accounts receivable and invoicing inquiries.

OTHER DUTIES

Perform other duties as assigned.
