The Technician Intern is responsible to service and support all equipment sold by Heartland Ag Systems. Troubleshooting and prioritization are a prominent part of day-to-day responsibilities. There will also be some responsibilities in the assembly shop and parts department to help learn more about other departments.

This position will primarily be working in the Parts department.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma and be working towards a two-year associate degree or equivalent. Experience with agricultural equipment is preferred.
• Basic electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting skills, Welding, Schematic reading, EST computer use & interpretation.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills-Windows and Office preferred

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Grand Island, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
