Stellis Health has been caring for community members in and around Wright County for 70 years. With locations in Buffalo, Monticello, and Albertville-St. Michael, we are a well-established multispecialty practice that is dedicated to remaining independent and community-focused.

Position Summary: The Patient Registration Specialist is responsible for registering patients and scheduling appointments in a timely and friendly manner.

Essential Functions

• Greet patients
• Collect patient demographic information
• Verify insurance coverage
• Collect payments
• Schedule appointments
• Provide backup coverage for clinic switchboard

Education/Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and basic medical terminology
• EMR experience, Epic preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
