Work in a small, energetic office, processing payrolls for clients.

Provide support to our payroll clients throughout Puerto Rico, VI, and US.

The payroll accountant is responsible for payroll processing of weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain all payroll records.
• Ensure client payroll accuracy.
• Provide client reporting.
• Be able to perform in a fast-moving environment.
• Occasional travel to any town in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Bachelors or studies in Accounting
• Have working knowledge of Puerto Rico payroll tax and labor rules and regulations.
• Have very good customer service and phone skills.
• Have excellent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Own a car.

Salario: $22,000.00 - $26,000.00 al año
