We are currently seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist is responsible for assisting the Pharmacy team with serving customers and providing safe, accurate and efficient service.

Job Description

• Check all filled prescriptions for accuracy using quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate medication is dispensed
• Complete incoming/outgoing prescription transfers
• Administer immunizations
• Adhere to all company, state, federal policies, laws and regulations including HIPAA
• Order and maintain proper inventory levels
• Coach technicians, customer service staff and new team members
• Assist technicians in interpreting prescriptions and third-party billing
• Complete required audit paperwork and have knowledge of the audit process
• Provide counseling and Medication Therapy Management
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners including physicians, nurses, vendors and wholesalers
• Remain informed of new drugs, therapies and developments in the industry
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

**Pay rate based on experience and position

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

• PioneerRX: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pharmacist: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Immunization certification/license (Preferred)
