Part time/PRN PHLEBOTOMIST

The right candidate will have flexible hours and prior medical experience. We are looking for a high energy individual who has good communication skills, a positive attitude, can generate a smile, and is a team player! Could lead to a full time position.

Essential Functions:

• Position requires face-to-face interaction with insurance applicants to gather information including physical measurements, blood draws, and interviewing for risk assessment
• Process and ship specimens via major courier or prepare for in-house lab
• Schedule appointments
• Requires the use of technology

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Detail Oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Functional computing skills using mobile devices including internet
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication
• Ability to work independently

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires medical training to include phlebotomy skills
• Medical terminology
• Professional attitude and appearance
• CPR Certified

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
