Description:

Serves as a liaison between the patient and health care team. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Serves as a clinical resource for educational initiatives. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and caregivers. Estimated pay range for this position is $30.63 - $39.82 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees: Associates Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications: Bilingual preferred. Minimum Required Experience:
