Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk/ Check in and Out to join our Middletown and Elkton offices. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. The individual must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. A team player with a positive attitude.

Only candidates with at least 2 years of experience working in a medical practice will be considered.

Must be able to show proof of Covid-19 Booster prior to first day.

Responsibilities include:

• Insurance verification
• Collection of Co-Pays
• Scheduling of testing and follow up appointments
• Review all discharge instructions and give proper documentation, i.e diet, labs, etc.
• Print labs for future appointments
• Create labs if not done by doctor
• Schedule any testing requested by physician
• Give any required specialist referral contact information or make an appointment with the specialist
• Schedule follow-up appointments

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience working the front desk in a physician’s office
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Ability to multi-task
