Erdman Preschool is looking for a DEEC certified preschool teacher, who is passionate about early childhood education, to join our team of talented educators. Located in Scituate for over 50 years, we pride ourselves on following traditions as well as keeping up with the latest early childhood education trends. We are a play-based hands-on learning environment looking for an individual who can create curriculum reflecting our philosophy. This preschool teaching position would be a great fit for someone looking to get their foot in the door or someone who is looking to enjoy teaching again.

This position can start as early as May to familiarize yourself with our program with an official start date of September. Hours are between 20-25 per week with opportunity for more hours with substituting and lunch bunch.

We follow the public school schedule (school vacations including summer off). We offer competitive pay and paid time off.

Associate degree or higher (preferred)

Department of Early Education and Care preschool teacher certified (preferred)

CPR/First Aid must be completed within 3 months of hire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
