THE ROLE

Pure Archery Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of new products from conception through to market release for several leading archery brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the development of all new products from conception through to market release.
  • Lead the product and business planning process with cross functional teams within the organization.
  • Provide forecasting for new launches and complete all facets of product launch in a timely manner, including monitoring post launch success.
  • Ensure products meet profitability criteria and timelines.
  • Analyze consumer needs, market trends and potential licensing partnerships.
  • Work closely with design engineers to ensure products are completed in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
  • Complete and manage PRD’s working with other contributing teams.
  • Schedule and lead product review meetings.
  • Assess market competition by developing competitive set of competitors products.
  • Form collaborative ideation team to provide input to identify NPD opportunities.
  • Manage and update schedules utilizing Smartsheet and other scheduling tools.
  • Work with sales leaders to develop product pricing strategy.
  • Develop and manage product end of life strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing team on brand presence and messaging across all platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional certification such as PMP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Project, Smartsheet, Word,

Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Experience and familiarity with archery equipment.
