Your Responsibilities:

At FUCHS Lubricants Co., the grease product manager is responsible for leading the product strategy, and development of our portfolio of grease products with the primary goal of profitable sales growth and market share across targeted business segments. The primary responsibilities of the grease product manager at FUCHS include:

• An overall management of product portfolio, knowledge and strategic direction.

• Within the global product category strategic framework, define, develop and deploy regional product category strategies for the grease portfolio across key market segments within Industrial, Manufacturing and/or Transportation sectors
• Manage the regional/local product portfolio and define product specific value proposition including performance profile and product specification in line with the global portfolio strategy
• Identify and analyze market trend dynamics to introduce, develop and/or support new and existing products

• Provide pricing guidance in respect of bottom-line limits and targets
• Support and lead segmentation approach together with sales and business segment leaders
• Provide effective competitive analysis of product cost and performance in close collaboration with Application Engineers

Qualifications we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong knowledge of the grease industry is also a plus
