Lang's Audio-TV & Appliance is a family-owned, independent appliance and electronics retailer based in Aberdeen, SD. We have been awarded Best Appliance Store and Best Electronics Store for five years in a row. We are looking for a talented sales consultant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in our store, online, and processing special orders by phone and in person.
• Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals established by store management.

Requirements

• Must be passionate about customer service.
• Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Belief in team and family work environment.
• Be able to lift / push / pull 80 pounds
• Saturday hours are mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
